Hey, I do take orders often. I was taught of leavening agents, fat & structure but was not shown so many possibilities to replace a certain ingredient and  how that can affect my batter. Previously I never got perfect cakes and always messed up with the texture .I tried both of your recipes chocolate and vanilla and it turned out awesome, they had the perfect texture.I'm so glad that I attended your workshop.
